Good afternoon! The UK CSA team is back this week for our first April Farm Stand sale. We have limited veggies for pre-ordering but we have our first round of plants for your home gardens. We do expect to bring a few more items on Thursday for walk-up sales, and we are keeping a close eye on our asparagus for when it is ready to be harvested.

Our Farm Stand this week will be held this Thursday, April 3rd, from 4-6pm at our campus location of 1505 College Way (the Horticulture Barn).

You can now place a pre-order through noon on Wednesday for Thursday’s pick-up. Click here to pre-order Farm Stand items.

While we will have extra items for sale on site, pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee you get the items you want.

Produce that are available include honey, overwintered carrots, celery, green onions, bagged collards, storage carrots, radishes, popcorn. Plants that are available include 4-packs of swiss chard, spinach, head cabbage, napa cabbage, bok choy, broccoli, celery, and kale.

As a reminder, anyone can patronize the UK Farm Stand as it is open to the public. We welcome new faces, referrals, and returning customers who support our farm year-round through the Farm Stand.

We are still filling our last couple CSA spots and would welcome your referrals. CSA vouchers worth $200 are only available until April 11th at 4pm from UK Health & Wellness. These also must be claimed by purchasing a share with the farm by April 13th.

Anyone who refers a CSA member before May 1^st will get a jar honey. It’s not too late to join yourself. Register here.
