Our first Farm Stand sale of 2026 is today, February 19th from 4-6pm down on UK campus at the Horticulture Barn located at 1505 College Way.

Anyone who placed a pre-order can pick up their orders today, or contact us at uk.csa@uky.edu to schedule a Friday on-farm pick up if you forget or miss the pick up window.

We will also have many items for sale today, so come on down and grab some fresh, organic veggies. Our staff members, Emma and Evan, will be on site to also answer any questions about the CSA season and can take payment for anyone who has registered for the CSA and needs to make a payment.

We accept cash, check, and card for purchases.

This past week, our CSA team took some veggies down to the Food Connection kitchen and we played around with fermentation. Tem, Bethany, and Kristi created a 2% salt brine for our farm carrots with some added garlic, and then mashed green cabbage with some red onion and carrot mixed in to do some sauerkraut. Fermenting veggies can be done in your home kitchen. Pick up some green cabbage, radish, carrot, and more today to try some fermentation.
